Lifetime Warranty on the Frame
One commitment, spelled out plainly: the wood frame is warrantied for as long as you own the sofa. It applies to the original purchaser, for normal household use, from the date of delivery. Cushions and covers are handled separately below.
The terms, in plain language
Lifetime Frame Warranty
Covered: the module frame and its structural joints, for as long as you own the sofa. If a frame cracks, splits or fails under normal household use, we replace that module.
Not covered: damage from commercial use, transport by a third party, modification, or deliberate misuse.
Cushions & fill — not part of the lifetime warranty
Foam and feather-and-down fill soften gradually with years of use. That's expected wear, not a structural failure, so it sits outside the lifetime frame warranty. A cushion that arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault is handled under our 30-day return window instead — replacement covers and cushions are also sold separately at any time.
Covers and hardware
Covers and the modular locking hardware are covered against manufacturing defects. Wear from washing, sun fading and pet damage are not defects — replacement covers are sold separately in all four colours.
Three steps, no phone tree
1. Send us the details
Email or live chat with your order number, a description of the problem and a couple of photographs showing it.
2. We assess it
We will confirm whether it's covered and what the remedy is, usually within two business days.
3. We put it right
Approved claims are resolved by replacing the affected module, cushion or part. Replacements ship free.
The fine print
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It covers normal household use in a residential setting. Proof of purchase is required. Where a replacement frame module is no longer produced in your colour, we will supply the closest current equivalent or issue a credit for the original purchase price of that piece.
Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province or state.
